I recently enlisted the help of Jordan and his team to remodel and redesign my 2 bathrooms. Immediately I was impressed by how it easy it was to... arrange a survey appointment and how quickly I was able to schedule one in, especially with the way the world is. Jordan made us feel very comfortable with the whole process immediately. Confirming our ideas could be done and suggesting the best way to do things. Leaving us with a brochure to pick out stuff and an estimate. Shortly after we received our quote via email along with a digital representation of what the bathrooms would look like complete. We quickly arranged a showroom appointment. Due to my job (I work away) we could only make a Saturday appointment, Jordan was very accommodating to my situation and met us on a Saturday. Talking us through the materials he had planned to use and making some suggestions on the best quality and value products to use to complete our vision. We effortlessly selected our bathroom materials and booked in our fitting dates. Recently we had a bit of a scheduling issue. The garden was due be landscaped at the same time as the bathrooms were due to start. I contacted Jordan about this and he eased my stress by shifting our fitting date a week back to allow the garden guys to finish first.Overall the service I have received has been of the highest quality. Jordan has always communicated openly and always been available to answer any queries or ease any apprehensions. Whilst being able to add jobs I think of into the renovation with no problems at all. An experienced, accommodating, reliable and friendly company whose diligence and “no task too small” attitude has truly made me feel valued and taken care of. We had a luxurious new shower room fitted by love my home falkirk recently. They completely renovated our bathroom to a very high standard. We had a... our bath removed and replaced with a walk in shower, a full suite of cabinets installed along with a countertopsink and a new electric shower and the full room tiled. We met a lot of the team during our remodel, Jordan was able to give some great ideas and suggestions when he came out to our house to do the design work and was able to design a beautiful space in our home with no fuss. We also met Colin who is one of the owners when we visited the Falkirk Showroom, Colin was incredibly helpful and even opened up the Airdrie showroom out of hours for us to let us see a different feature wall. Our actual remodel was managed by Dougie who did a fantastic job in ripping out the old suite and getting everything ready for the remodel. He arranged the tiling team, plasterer and electrician etc. All of the tradesmen were clean and tidy, arrived when they said they would and each did a fantastic job. There was a couple of small pieces of remedial work required after the job was finished, nothing much at all and I only mention as I feel it is good for potential customers to know that the after care is as professional as the job itself. Worst Tradesman experience i have ever had.We had 2 bathrooms and 1 WC fitted in the same week in November 2018. We have had continual issues with... these from day 1 and for over 1 year until this day. Extremely poor quality of installation, poor products, many many delays due to one thing or another whilst taking lots of time off work. Whilst Scott was very pleasant at all times, the poor workmanship continued day after day. timeline includes:19th -23rd Nov. Work was to take place during this week so I took a week off from work to deal with it all.• 23rd workmen left. The place was left a tip- plaster splattered over glass, toilets, floor etc. Outside bits of pipes, plasterboard, general mess left over front garden.24th Nov - we complained and someone came to sort the outside mess.• There had been a leak when completing the en-suite so had damaged the ceiling in the downstairs family room. Lights had been broken in same room with damage from the en-suite. Told it would all be fixed • reported shower in main bathroom also didn’t work and final finish was very disappointing• Wed 5th December Ross came up to the house and agreed that it was well below standard and arranged for someone to come and address the issues.• Thur 6th December told someone would be up to fix it. waited in and no one turned up (after taking day off work)• Tuesday 18th - someone was able to come up to fix it then. Made it clear I didn’t want a big mess for Xmas but was told it would be completed on the Thursday or if not definitely the Friday as they were replastering etc and had to wait on it drying.(another day off work)• Thursday 20th - said they couldn’t come and check if ready as too soon.• Friday 21st - painter came to the door and told my wifes dad it wouldn’t be able to be done today. Disappointed as then meant the downstairs ceilings and 2 bathrooms were a mess for entertaining over Christmas (my wifes dad had taken the day to stay in as by that point she had taken too many days off). The entire Idea of getting done in November is to have completed by Xmas.• Thursday 10th January - came to fix it up and repaint but couldn’t compete it that day (another day off)Friday 11th -my wife messaged Ross to say the work was actually worse than before- sent him pictures he agreed it was of a poor standard yet again. Said he would send someone different round to fix the job.• Thur 7th/8th February Gordon the painter came round - did a great job fixing all the plastering/ painting to a high standard. He noticed when painting playroom that the lights that had been broken had simply been stuck into the ceiling with caulk rather than fixed. (Another day off for my wife)• My Wife called the shop asked for this to be addressed as well as the squint toilet seat, missing cosmetics discs off radiator and pipe covers.• Colin organised it all and was eventually fixed 3.5 months later.• thur 25th April booked 12pm to fix squint seats and broken door but arrived an hour late.•26th April door falls off again asked you to come up again•17th May eventually came to fix it 3rd June fell door fell off again asked for it to be replaced, told us it would and would be in touch when it came in •24th July still hadn’t been in touch so I got in touch•31st July leak through kitchen ceiling asked for someone to look at that and replace unit •6th August still no response so I get in touch again Arranged to come 8th August, sprayed ceiling and didn’t replace unit but tightened fittings. seemed to sort issue.• 19th aug had to be in touch again to ask if someone would come and paint the ceiling•10th sept over an hour late someone came out to paint it but couldn’t as paint was peeling off so decided it needed skimmed Someone came to do that next few days•26th sept came to repaint it and again couldn’t... said it wasn’t patched properly and needed re skimmed again.furthermore- grouting has came off in main shower. door had came off again and bathroom seat is squint yet again. truly awful.read more

I had a new bathroom installed by this company when it opened 3 years ago. It meant when someone washed their hands in the washhand basin they were... drenched as the water gushed over the side of the basin. I fully expected to have to buy a new tape. However, Love My home sent a man out who adjusted the pressure and bingo - sorted! Not only are they as good as the other reviews suggest but their after sales service is second to none.read more

We got our bathroom ripped out and re-done last week by Love My Home and we honestly couldn’t be anymore impressed with them. The whole process was... so easy and they were extremely helpful from the offset. Our fitters Davy and Billy were outstanding and couldn’t have done anymore for us. We had a couple of little hiccups but nothing was an issue for them and dealt with everything before we even had to ask them, can’t thank Love My Home and Davy and Billy enough - it looks amazing. Chris helped me design the bathroom and got a quote out to me the same day. Everything was confirmed within a day, which is great. Once you have... decided, you just want it all done quickly! Jordan and Willie installed the bathroom and they did a great job! It looks perfect and they’ve done a lot of things to make it look even better. The previous owner installed the bathroom himself and had not done a great job, but they fixed it all, put the pipes under the floor and electricity in the wall. Window sill was removed to give an even better finish for the tiles, as well as the frame around the door. It’s a lovely bathroom and I’m getting a lot of compliments from people, so I’m sure there will be more people going here! The price of the bathroom was good as well, compared to whatever heard from other people. Especially considering everything was tiled in mine! Thanks!read more

We have recently had a full bathroom refit and chose Love My Home on the back of all the positive reviews we read online. We were not disappointed as... the service, knowledge and workmanship have all been exceptional. From the initial consultations in the showroom to completion of the project, every stage has been expertly dealt with.We actually arranged 2 bathroom fittings - one for my father in law, taking advantage of the special offer they were running with wet walls and walk in shower and our own bathroom which was a fully tiled refurb.I never felt 'sold to' or under pressure to commit and Scott in the showroom was very patient and offered sound advice on what would/would not work. Johnny and Alan definitely know their stuff and I am so impressed with their attention to detail - Johnny is nothing short of a perfectionist and the finish in my bathroom is exceptional. We scoured central Scotland for a good bathroom company and after a few disappointments from other companies who gave us the feeling our business wasn’t important we ended up here at Love My Home in Falkirk. Some 15 miles away!
Colin from the moment we walked in gave us expert guidance and non pushy recommendations that worked out on the finished project spot on.
Their team of tilers, installers and electricians were absolutely brilliant to not only work with, but the quality was faultless, the best we have seen. I’m a picky person when it comes to quality and for the money I spend but could not find anything remotely wrong to make a comment on.
Given the above I’d highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a well run quality job.
